A proposition by and the Public School – Paris

Meeting: 11th and 12th // 18th and 19th // 25th and 26th September at Bétonsalon

September is a series of talks, workshops, lectures, classes, performances, readings and diverse interventions. Artists, collectives, researchers, students, choreographers, teachers, curators or other organizations will invest the physical space of bétonsalon and the discursive space of the Public School to think in acts, by combining theory and practice, about the conditions and forms of production of the research in art, about their deployment and about their sharing.

During three successive week ends, we will study a certain number of artistic and curatorial practices, that work on rendering visible a work-process by using tools, methodologies and knowledges borrowed from pedagogy (discursivity, collective experimentation, auto-organization, open-source practices) or other disciplines (social sciences for example) or seeking to develop themselves through collaborations and collective means in order to interrogate the production and exchange of knowledges.
