Artists Space

Artists space was founded in 1972 as a non profit institution supporting and promoting artists working with visual arts and media (video, performance, architecture and design). Since the beginning of its activity the aim was to create a relation between art and community by encouraging diversity and providing an exhibition space; in these 25 years over 5,000 emerging artists were presented here and are now part of an archive. Artists space organises shows, professional assistance to artists, video reviews and interdisciplinary events.
