Passerelle is a 4000m2 space located in the very centre of Brest in a former banana ripping room. The Centre has been managed by an association since 1988 and is intended for experimentation, diffusion and promotion of contemporary art. Its architecture, deeply original and unique, offers an exceptional place for creation in Brittany. The Centre develops various regular actions to encourage contemporary creations and exchanges. It proposes three/four exhibitions per year articulated around topics. In order to sensitize a large audience, the associations set up guided tours, workshops and programs of collaboration with schools.
