Green Papaya Art Projects promotes and organizes research, production, presentation and dissemination of contemporary work in various diciplines. it recognizes the importance of social engagement, global networking, intellectual exchange, sharing of information, critical dialogue and creative and practical collaboration in contemporary practice.
Founded in 2000 by Norberto Roldan and Donna Miranda, Green Papaya Art Projects is registrede as a not-for-profit association with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and maintains a modest and independent facility in Quezon City (Philippines) as a platform for multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and cross-border projects.
Green Papaya Art Projects is a member of IntraAsia Network, Artfactories, and Res Artis, and is a program beneficiary of Prince Claus Fond-ArtHub and Arts Network Asia (ANA).
